Description
This course will focus on massage techniques that may help relieve the soft tissue pain and discomfort in the Shoulder and Back regions. Specific conditions like Bursitis, Adhesive Capsulitis, aka Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and several back issues will be addressed. Students will review the anatomy of these areas, learn positioning techniques to best treat these areas, apply trigger point therapy, shoulder mobilization, fascia release for the shoulder girdle and traction techniques. This is a informative and hands on class designed to give you the tools and skills to help clients with Shoulder and Back pain.
