Description
This course is a fun, high energy class designed to help the massage therapist identify the anatomy involved in treating clients with low back, hip or leg pain and discomfort. A series of specific strokes and techniques will be given for common medical pathologies in this area, such as sciatica, strains, shin splints and plantar fasciitis. Students will review the anatomy, learn range of motion techniques, apply trigger point therapy and perform posture analysis.
